Company Profile
LJ International
LJ International is a Taiwan-based trading partner specializing in rubber molds and rubber components for industrial applications. With over 19 years of hands-on project experience, we support international customers in developing reliable rubber parts—from early-stage feasibility review to tooling development and ongoing production supply.
Our Role
We work as a practical bridge between customers, tooling makers, and rubber manufacturing partners. Our focus is not only on supplying products, but on helping customers make the right technical decisions before cost, lead time, or quality risks are locked in.
Typical project involvement includes:
- Rubber mold concept review and feasibility assessment
- Design risk evaluation (parting line, trimming / deflashing, ejection, tolerances)
- Tooling development coordination and technical communication
- Trial feedback, revision control, and production follow-up
How We Work
Many rubber projects encounter problems not during production, but at the decision stage. Our workflow is designed to prevent misunderstandings early and keep projects controllable throughout execution:
- Requirement clarification based on drawings, samples, and application conditions
- Feasibility and risk review before tooling decisions
- Tooling development with structured checkpoints
- Trial, feedback, and controlled design adjustments
- Stable production supply and quality coordination
We prioritize clear documentation, direct communication, and decisions grounded in manufacturing reality.
Why Clients Work With Us
LJ International operates as an owner-led team, ensuring direct accountability and efficient decision-making. Clients value our ability to identify potential issues early, communicate clearly across technical boundaries, and balance cost, lead time, and production stability—especially in projects where small design details lead to significant outcomes.
Applications & Scope
Our experience covers a wide range of industrial rubber applications, including but not limited to:
- Oil seals and metal-rubber bonded parts
- O-rings, X-rings, and sealing components
- Diaphragms and custom rubber parts
- Rubber molds for compression, transfer, and injection processes
